Ordering your own DVD photo montage is extremely easy, just follow these STEPS TO SUCCESS:

3. Place your Online Order...will be redirected to a SAFE, SECURED SITE

Download or have us mail your Order Forms to You.

Detailed STEPS TO SUCESS
Select, Arrange, and Count Your Photos
Collect and organize your photos.  Digital images and print photos needs to be arranged in a specific order for your photo montage.  Number them by placing Post-It (sticky) notes on the back of each photo. Please do not write on your photos with pen or ink, and please do not place your Post-It notes on the front of the photos. Count the total number of photo plus total video minute count if adding video clips and decide on the package that best fits your needs.

Place your Order Online
Once your online order is received, we will send an Order Packet either by Snail or Email. You may also Download the packet directly on the store page.  Then Package your photos, videos, music/photo CDs and the completed order form and payment in full (if paying with check or money order). Drop off your package at a local USPS/UPS location. Now as we await your materials you should be reviewing the areas below.

Theme Selections
By now you should have a theme in mind.  Is it for a wedding reception, rehearsal dinner, anniversary, bat mitzvahs or bar mitzvahs, birthdays, family reunions, high-school or college reunion, vacation of a lifetime?  Also consider a couple of color choices to go along with your theme.

Music Selections
Select the music you want.  Submit the original copy with your photos (your CDs will be returned to you with your order, along with your photos). Approximately 10 slides will be displayed for each minute of song.  Need suggestions for your event, please refer to our Music Suggestions.

Check Your DVD Player Compatibility
Family Slide Shows uses the DVD-R format which is compatible with approximately 90+% of all existing home DVD players, but not all.  Please be sure to check your DVD player manual/manufacturer to determine if it supports DVD-R.  This website is also a good place to look: http://www.dvdrhelp.com/dvdplayers.  If a different format is needed it must be specified on the written order form. Sorry, refunds will not be issued for incompatibility reasons.

Returning Your Order Form
Your order form will either be snail or Emailed, please complete the form where necessary. Your original materials must be accompanied by a completed and signed Order Form.

Order Confirmation
You will receive confirmation from us by e-mail as soon as we receive your materials and reviewed your instructions.  The return email will accompany your email indicating the services requested and the outstanding balance (if any) due along with order completion date.

Production Time
Unless you have placed a Rush Order, the estimated time for production completion is 21 business days from the date we receive your materials, depending on the package ordered. Extremely complex or large orders may take longer. During the winter holiday season (November through December), our turnaround time can be up to 30 business days. If you need your order returned in less than 21 business days, please contact us.

Order Review
Family Slide Shows will e-mail you as soon as your draft DVD photo montage is ready for review.  The email will contain a link to review your draft DVD photo montage.  Reply to the email indicating corrections, if any.

Order Completion
Family Slide Shows will e-mail you as soon as your completed order is ready to ship.  The email will contain a link to view your show online for 30 days.  This will allow you to share your show with friends & family that are far away. Your Custom Dvd Slideshow along with all your materials supplied will be returned to you via UPS.
